ClimeNergies is a Pan-African strategic advisory firm shaping the future of energy systems, industry, climate innovation, responsible resource governance, and investment development. Based in Nigeria with a continent-wide mandate, we advise governments, corporations, investors, innovators, and development institutions on building the strategies and capabilities that power Africa's sustainable growth.
We equip Africa’s public and private sector leaders to solve complex energy, climate, resource, and infrastructure challenges through advisory designed to attract capital, scale impact, and deliver lasting value.
To help shape an energy-secure, climate-resilient Africa, where natural resources are responsibly stewarded, capital is mobilized for lasting impact, and African economies are the architects of their own future.
We combine sustainability, integrity, collaboration, and professional excellence to deliver globally aligned solutions rooted in African realities and designed to create lasting value.
Our Approach Framework
We begin every engagement with a rigorous assessment of context not assumptions. Market dynamics, institutional constraints, capital availability, and political economy are all inputs before a single recommendation is made.
Strategy without architecture is aspiration. We build, alongside our clients, recommendations that simultaneously account for commercial viability, regulatory alignment, stakeholder dynamics, and implementation capacity.
We stay engaged through delivery. Our teams work alongside client organisations to translate strategy into action, manage implementation challenges, build internal capability, and hold themselves accountable for outcomes.
We advise governments, utilities, developers, corporations, and investors across the full energy value chain - from the evolving oil and gas landscape, through to supporting transition strategies, power, renewables, regulatory and market sector reforms, mini-grids, and energy access - delivering integrated solutions grounded in African realities and build for implementation.
We help governments, investors, and corporations design and implement green industrial pathways that strengthen competitiveness and position Africa within emerging global value chains.
We help organisations design practical decarbonization pathways by integrating climate strategy, ESG frameworks, and energy market insights.
We support responsible resource management through governance frameworks, community benefit-sharing, and sustainable value chain strategies. Our advisory helps governments and investors maximise resource value while ensuring transparency, responsible sourcing, and long-term development impact.
We help investors, innovators, and institutions navigate Africa’s climate and clean energy markets through intelligence, partnerships, and market entry advisory.
Our work covers climate finance access, carbon markets, project finance, and innovation ecosystems that connect investors with scalable climate and energy opportunities.
Our clients are the decision-makers, capital allocators, institution builders, and innovators driving Africa's energy, climate, and industrial transformation.
